How does COVID-19 factor into training and boxing?

During the COVID pandemic - all equipment used during the workout is cleaned and sanitized in between training sessions. Masks are optional! If you are experiencing any symptoms please stay home, we would be happy to reschedule your session without any extra charge!

I've never boxed before, where do I start?

We work with people of all experience levels, from people who have never boxed a day in their lives to professional fighters looking to improve their boxing skills. After assessing your skill level, a suitable program for your development will be implemented!

Will I do anything other than boxing?

Yes of course! These training sessions are tailored to your personal goals and will reflect your needs. Some people prefer to spend the whole time boxing, while others enjoy circuit training and strength exercises; your training session will follow a program set by you and your coach.

Does boxing mean that I have to fight or spar someone?

Only if you want to. In modern times boxing has become a great way to work out, stay in shape, and break a sweat. While some people come in with or develop a wish for something more competitive, no one is pushed to fight or spar.

Do I have to bring my own equipment?

Everything you need can be provided, but feel free to bring your own gloves and wraps if you've got them. Don't forget a water bottle and comfortable workout clothes!
