Boxing experience: Coach Leo has over 14 years of experience in combat sports, including 3 MMA fights, 10 kickboxing matches, 65 amateur boxing bouts including 4 Golden Gloves Championships (2014 NM, 2015 2016 2019 CO), and 2 National Championships (2017 PALs Nationals, 2018 National Western Qualifying Championships); at his peak in the amateurs Leo was ranked #3 in the US with USA Boxing. Currently an undefeated heavyweight prospect looking to climb the ranks and hold a world title!
 

Coaching experience: Having worked in boxing gyms as a coach, personal trainer, and mentor with all age and experience groups for 10 years Leo can help you customize and reach your fitness and boxing goals!

Personal Note: "Outside of boxing I love spending time outdoors rock climbing and hiking, when at home I enjoy playing the guitar, video games, and watching 90's movies. I'm also a big Lord of The Rings fan! I enjoy working with people of all ages and walks of life to help them reach their boxing and fitness goals, whatever they may be!"

Coach Bek

Combat Sports Experience: Coach Bek began his martial arts career at the age of 12 with Judo and Sambo after he moved to Russia from his birth country of Tajikistan. Eventually, this led him to Combat Sambo at the age of 17, and a year later would make his professional MMA debut. A few years go by and MMA brings him to Thailand where he fell in love with Muay Thai and started his professional striking career and amassed over 40 fights. Bek has won multiple titles in Muay Thai, Combat Sambo, and MMA. In 2022 he had the opportunity to take a professional boxing fight and he did not hesitate to make his debut on less than a week's notice which he won by unanimous decision.

Coaching Experience: At the age of 21 Bek started pouring his combat experience into coaching. He trained people of all ages and experience levels. He enjoys coaching people in styles of boxing, Muay Thai, and various grappling disciplines. Bek loves to help people reach their goals through physical activity and personal training!

Personal Note: "When I am not training or coaching, I enjoy spending time with my friends at local restaurants and sharing experiences from my outdoor adventures. I love to camp in the mountains, spend time with my family, watch documentaries, and explore my surroundings! I believe that sports are a great social tool - when I work with people through personal training and coaching, I help them live a healthy and balanced lifestyle!"

Bekhzod Usmonov holds a professional record of 10-4 in MMA and is currently working towards a spot in the UFC. He made his professional boxing debut in 2022 and plans on taking more boxing fights in the future; he is also the 2016 National Russian Combat Sambo champion

Coach Paco

Boxing experience: Growing up in New Mexico Coach Paco was involved in many sports including his favorite -- basketball; he began boxing in high school under the tutelage of his grand-uncle who was a professional boxer. After high school his job took him all over the United States where he was able to compete and study different boxing styles from the east to the west coast.

 

Coaching experience: After finishing his competitive boxing career Coach Paco fell in love with the idea of helping people through sports; he is passionate about working with underprivileged kids and those who did not have the same opportunities that he did growing up. Starting in the early 2000's Paco took on some of his first coaching duties including his son at a young age, since then he has coached amateur Golden Gloves champions, professional boxers, and professional bare-knuckle boxers. In 2021 Coach Paco and his partner Frankie Armijo opened the "Duke City Underdogs" boxing gym in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Personal Note: "Outside of boxing I am a family man and I enjoy spending time with my two children. The Land of Enchantment has great camping, fishing, and recently I have gotten into horseback riding, all of which I have been taking full advantage of!"

Coach Dwight

Combat Sports Experience: Coach Dwight's combat sports career began in Oakland, CA in 2015. Initially it was a means to lose weight and get in shape but shortly after starting his training the focus shifted to competition and Coach Dwight's first fight followed shortly thereafter. Since he began, Coach Dwight has competed in 20+ Jiu Jitsu competitions (with over 10 gold medal finishes) and has amassed 12 amateur MMA fights, 3 boxing bouts, and 4 kickboxing fights; he held the RUF Heavyweight Title, and No Limit Fighting Heavyweight belt. He is also a blue belt BJJ practitioner under Gracie Barra and holds other accolades as well.

Coaching Experience: Coach Dwight has coached people in many different disciplines including boxing, Muay Thai, MMA, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The first full time coaching gig came in 2018 at the Jackson Wink MMA Academy as an MMA instructor for the IncredAble Adaptive program. Coach Dwight has worked as a personal trainer in the combat sports sphere for over 5 years.

Personal Note: "In my free time I love to run with sheltered dogs from the NMDog, I also enjoy playing video games and I'm a great cook!"

Having balance in the life of a fighter is very important, outside of competition Coach Dwight loves to spend time coaching, working with youth, and he is an avid outdoor adventurer as well!

Coach Drew

Boxing experience: Coach Drew started boxing in 1997. Fought on the U.S. Army Team "World Beaters" based out of Ft Hood, TX. Won the USAREUR Championship in Germany (super middle weight class) in 1998. Fought in South Korea, Kuwait, Germany, and throughout the southern U.S.. He had an overall total of 54 amateur fights.

 

Coaching experience: Coach Drew started coaching in South Korea in 2003, later moved back to the states and coached the WMD Boxing Team in Central Wyoming. In 2011 Coach Drew made the move to Oklahoma where he opened his own gym - Wind River Boxing. During his years coaching in Oklahoma he was responsible for coaching the now retired George "Comanche Boy" Tahdooahnippah who finished his career (34-3-3) and Oklahoma's undefeated super middle weight champion Marcus "Milk" Sanchez (7-0). Coach Drew has also worked with many pro and amateur MMA fighters to improve their striking game. Having worked with a variety of boxers including adults, kids, professionals, amateurs, and fitness enthusiasts; Drew's passion lies in working with people who have big goals and love to put their time and dedication in the sport. 

Personal Note: "I'm a Native American enrolled in the Eastern Shoshone Tribe, from the Wind River Reservation in Wyoming. I have 2 daughters, and we love to do anything that gets us out of the house and into the wilderness. We love to hike, fish, and run on country trails. I train my daughters to box as well, so    yes -- I do have a huge passion for boxing!"
